$240K for Peter Igo Park from Community Preservation Act
A run-down park in the Brant Rock-Green Harbor area is in line for a facelift , thanks to because of a new state law that gives towns more spending flexibility in spending their with Community Preservation Act money.
Marshfield’s community preservation committee voted Wednesday to support a $240,000 project that would improve the grounds at Peter Igo Park and stated that they would vote next year (2014) for an additional $240K.
